As the 7th week of school continues for the 2014-2015 As the Perkins Kids continue to explore more of Dimension H-31 the Halloween Universe. Today they explore a benighted little hamlet that is the known as the City of the Cats, as it is haunted by a population of huge Spectral Cats that look out for its populous and fend off ill luck...
