As the 19th week of school continues for the 2015-2016 Season... Our young heroes find themselves investigating an odd scientific phenomena where the rain droplets in a region nearing the outskirts of The City are exhibiting very strange levels of surface cohesion and titanic scale... They wonder if it is a unexpected byproduct of the visiting Emissaries from The Aqualoid Tourist Board and Dry Land Conservation Corps.... What adventures lie in wait?
